EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
Internship is a built-in part of academic curriculum of MBA. It helps in bringing the gap between
knowledge and its application that will make students of MBA to learn InSite and provide
exposure to the industry.
The first chapter of internship report includes the basic information regarding the industry
like Origin of milk industry, List of co-operative milk producers under Karnataka milk
federation, Key peoples of the industry and dairying in India. Second chapter consists of
data regarding company background like vision and mission, quality policy, Products and
services profile, areas of operation and Competitors of MYMUL. Chapter three talks about
the analysis like SWOT analysis, 7s MCKINSEY'S FRAMEWORK and PEST analysis.
Chapter four talks about organization design. Chapter five includes business level functions
and processes like HR Practices, Marketing, finance department and operations. Chapter
six comprises of summary, conclusion and suggestion
