Traditional Leadership Style
Based on your knowledge about leadership styles, what
do you think is the best style to apply in an academic
and clinical setting?

For me the best type of leadership to be applied in an academic and clinical setting is
the democratic style. For this reason, democratic types of leadership have a sense of
communication within the leader and along with its members resulting in a much clearer and
interactive way of communication resulting in having a participative way of discussion and
communication. By having a collaborative interaction it helps the students to be able to
participate in the discussion learning at the same time they are being able to share information
they have to others enhancing their thinking and cooperating skills. While it is also considered
as the best for the clinical setting in a way that every member is able to share their ideas aiming
the same along with the goal of their manager and leader.
