For me, the best setting to be used as an approach to management that is best for a
clinical setting is the bureaucracy approach. This approach uses a set of guidelines and
procedures to manage and organize an organization's work. It is a type of managerial control
where the organizational structure offers precise, detailed instructions on how tasks are to be
completed.Since academic and clinical setting is a broad and crucial type of organization it
needs a lot of members to be handled. Having this type of management approach enables them
to be aligned to their main objective and move efficiently due to the wide and systematic settings
they have. Having a sense of leveled jobs help them to be well organized and jobs evenly
distributed. The academy and hospital are both wide organizations that require a lot of
members with the same goal and following one directive in order to gain its desire which can be
easily done by having a bureaucracy approach.
