Start the lesson by saying the
following sentence:
Lucas the lazy lion laughs.
Learners have to listen and
identify what sound they hear at
the beginning of the words.
Introduce the letter visually.
Teaching & Show the letter and say the

the sound a few times after the
teacher.
Explain and show learners what
the letter looks like and how it is
formed.
Learners form the letter with
their whole body.
