    To score respondents' numeracy levels, a test with 4 sub-tests on addition, subtraction, multiplication and division will be used. A perfect score means the respondent is highly numerate with no need for intervention. A not perfect score means the respondent is moderately numerate and needs enrichment in the sub-test area with mistakes. A zero score in any sub-test means the respondent needs intervention.

    Perfect Score Highly Numerates no need for intervention


    If the learner got correct answers
    in the 4 sub-tests (Addition,

    Not Perfect Moderately Numerates provide enrichment in

    mistakes in the 4 sub-tests which incurred
    mistake(s)

    Zero Score If the learner got a score of provide intervention
