resilience is a skill
We all face challenges. Feelings that are
hard to deal with. Negative thoughts that
play in our minds on repeat. Becoming
more resilient doesn't mean you don't face
these challenges; it means you change
how you react to challenges, go through
challenges, and use challenges to make
you stronger.

In this printable, you'll find 2 resilience

exercises. Carve out 5-10 minutes a day to
practice each one!

Print out the pre-filled posters in full color.

Hang them up or place them in a binder.
We've also included blank posters for you
to fill out!

2 Full-color posters: Print pages 4-5

2 Blank posters: Print pages 6-7

Brief explanation & instructions for each exercise:

Let go of things I can't control: Some

things are in your control, but many
things aren't. Like falling rain, you
can't stop things out of your control.
Let go by imagining these things as
the falling rain. Poster: p4; Blank: p6

Karaoke my thoughts & feelings:

Take power away from negative,
sticky thoughts by singing them to the
tune of a nursery rhyme. Don't hold
back - belt out your new song and
watch humor melt away those
thoughts! Poster: p5; Blank: p7
