BRIEF PERSONAL HISTORY

Renzzo John Llaga Tandog is a 25-year-old Filipino citizen residing at 1291

Lavanderos Street, Sampaloc, Manila, Philippines. He was born in Naga City, Single, and

follows the Roman Catholic Faith. He holds a position as an Advisor II at a BPO company

located at 2F Worldwide Corporate Center Shaw Boulevard, Mandaluyong, Philippines. He

completed his elementary and high school education at Arborvitae Plains Montessori Inc.

The applicant has consistently excelled throughout his life, earning academic distinctions

in both his elementary and high school years, and both his parents were proud of his

achievements. He pursued engineering at the University of Nueva Caceres in college, not

entirely by his own choice but influenced by his family's background in CPA and nursing

professions as many members were already established in these fields. Nevertheless, he

proved to be diligent, driven, and competitive, graduating on time despite encountering

a special course that required an extended duration of study. He worked as a QAQC

Engineer at Makati Development Corporation and as an Advisor I at Concentrix. He

presented himself for an evaluation as per advised in relation to his application for the

position of Quality Control/Quality Assurance at ESCA Global Centre, 78 8th Ave,

Cubao, Quezon City.

Herein applicant is the eldest born of four (4) children of Mr. Ronaldo Tandog,

deceased, who was a business owner at Naga City, and Mrs. Heizle Tandog, 46 years old,

now owns the businesses they established when her husband was still alive. Although

the applicant describes their family dynamics as functional, he acknowledges that

communication within the family can be unclear at times. He indicates that his pride might

be a contributing factor to this cloudy communication. The applicant grew up in a

household with a stable income, with several businesses contributing to their financial

status, which he labels as middle class. His father, Ronaldo Tandog, passed away when

he was in grade school, leaving his mother, Heizle Tandog, to take on both parental roles

for him and his three siblings. Due to the applicant’s academic excellence, he was granted

three scholarship programs and has been independent since his college years.

Summarily, the applicant’s upbringing in a household with a stable income and his

parents' unwavering support for his education might have contributed to his drive to

succeed and excel academically and professionally. He lived a stable life when he was

still living in his family and continued to live that way in college with the support of her

mother and his scholarships; therefore, he developed a sense of gratitude for the

comfortable life he possesses.

TEST EVALUATION AND ANALYSIS

The psychological protocols and clinical interview conducted with the herein

applicant provided the undersigned information that he is a person who possesses an

average mental ability. During the interview, the applicant presented himself confidently

and maintained composure throughout the session. He disclosed that he recently faced

a personal problem, but he chose not to elaborate on the details. This suggests that he

may be cautious about sharing personal matters. According to the test results, the

applicant demonstrated an above-average performance in the performance test and an

average level in the verbal test. It suggests that he possesses good cognitive abilities and

can effectively apply them in practical settings. His confidence is evident as he answered

every question with ease.

In the personality test, the applicant received a Profile Classification Index (PCI)

score within the acceptable range, indicating that his responses were appropriate and

consistent. The Infrequency (INF) Scale also yielded an acceptable result, indicating that

he provided valid responses without trying to present himself in an overly positive or

negative light.

The applicant appears to be a hardworking and independent individual, likely

shaped by his experiences of living away from his parents since college. He takes pride

in his academic achievements and has consistently met his parents' expectations in this

regard. The applicant revealed that he feels pressure to excel academically and is

motivated by achieving specific life goals. His sense of responsibility is evident as he

performs his job description to the fullest skill he could give.

In the workplace, the applicant described himself as a joy to be around, making

his co-workers laugh and acts as a motivator. He handles conflict by addressing the

situation with frankness and discussing it politely with the person involved. He mentioned

being hardworking, competitive, and proactive in assuming additional responsibilities. The

applicant expressed his intention to utilize his previous work experience in the position

he is applying for by taking manageable steps and doing what is in his job description.

He demonstrated problem-solving skills by organizing his thoughts and considering

advantages and disadvantages in stressful situations. He also acknowledged the

importance of humility and learning from mistakes when reprimanded for errors,

indicating a growth-oriented mindset. He envisions contributing to the company by

fulfilling his job responsibilities, maintaining professionalism, and adapting to the

organization's needs. The applicant's memory is in good condition and is functioning

normally. He is aware of the current time, his location, and can recognize the people

around him without any confusion. Additionally, he does not face any challenges when it

comes to distinguishing between what is real and what is not. He can readily identify

daydreams from actual reality. His behavior is consistent with others in his age group,

indicating that he displays typical patterns of behavior for someone of his age.

Furthermore, there are no signs of any abnormal or pathological symptoms in his

thoughts or actions. Finally, his psychosocial and psychosexual development fall within

the normal range at the time of evaluation.

RECOMMENDATION

The psychological protocols and interview conducted with the applicant supported

the findings of the undersigned that the former possesses the competencies for the

position he is applying for and, therefore, is RECOMMENDED for the position of Quality

Control and Quality Assurance at ESCA Global Centre, 78 8th Ave, Cubao, Quezon City.
