Eleazar Bernales is a 27-year-old Filipino born on November 12, 1995, in Manabo, Abra,

Philippines. Currently residing at 450 J. Marzan St., Sampaloc, Manila, he is single and the third

child of Bernardino Bernales and Estrelita Bernales, with four siblings. Eleazar's pursuit of

knowledge and academic excellence began at Manabo Pilot Elementary School in Abra, where

he completed his elementary education from 2001 to 2006, graduating as the batch

Salutatorian. He continued to excel in his studies during secondary education at Our Lady of

Lourdes High School from 2007 to 2011, where he was also awarded the batch Salutatorian

title. This passion for learning led him to pursue a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics at Eulogio

Amang Rodriguez Institute of Science and Technology in Manila, where he studied from 2012 to

2016 and graduated with an Academic Excellence Award. Determined to further his expertise in

Mathematics, Eleazar is currently pursuing a Masters's degree in Mathematics at the same

institute since 2018. With his impressive academic background and dedication, Eleazar aspires

to contribute significantly to the field of Mathematics and make a positive impact in the future.

He presented himself for an evaluation as per advised in relation to her application for the

position of GENERAL PHYSICIAN at Lakeview Hospital, Binangonan, Rizal.

Eleazar Bernales had a close relationship with his family during his younger years,

especially with his mother. He was deeply attached to her to the point that he was afraid of

studying far from home during college due to his dependency on her. He believed that he could

not survive life without his mother's care. He was also close to his older sister, but their

relationship declined as they grew older.

Mr. Bernales chose to live independently when he started working as a part-time faculty

member at Eulogio Amang Rodriguez Institute of Science and Technology - Manila. He

preferred living alone to avoid the burden of being the sole financial supporter for his family.

While he cared for his siblings, he expressed discomfort when they approached him for

monetary help, as he did not consider himself financially stable enough to provide substantial

support. He holds the belief that one should only offer help once they are capable of providing

more than enough for themselves.

 Eleazar excelled academically throughout his educational journey, achieving the titles of

batch salutatorian both in elementary and high school. He completed a degree in BS

Mathematics with an Academic Excellence Award during his college years.

In terms of his employment history, Mr. Bernales had various work experiences. He

started as a part-time faculty member at EARIST - Manila in 2016 but left the position due to

low and delayed salary. He briefly worked as a mystery shopper at W. Feard for two months in

2017 but switched to a job at Pacific Sea Company, an online gaming BPO company, where he

stayed for ten months from 2017 to 2018. Currently, he works as a full-time faculty member at

EARIST - Manila, after returning based on a faculty's suggestion.

Laurel, Batangas. He is single and the fifth child among seven siblings of Roberto L. Catapat

and Maria Ceferi C. Catapat, who work as espasol vendors in Batangas. Vince currently resides

in Sampaloc, Manila, pursuing a degree in BS Psychology at Eulogio Aman Rodrigiez Institute of

Science and Technology – Manila. He has shown academic excellence throughout his

educational journey, receiving awards in arts during elementary and achieving top honors in

junior high school. He also excelled in a computer-related technical-vocational course, earning

recognition for his Best Final Output. He presented himself for an evaluation as per advised in

relation to her application for the position of VOICE OVER TALENT at M-erge Talent and Casting

Agency & Brandzone Inc.

Vince claims to be the favorite child among his siblings, with his parents providing him

with more financial support for his education compared to his siblings. Despite this situation,

there is no apparent jealousy or envy among his brothers and sisters. Only on one occasion, the

youngest sister expressed her feelings of not receiving the same level of support from their

parents. Vince also mentioned that his family is non-affectionate, and expressions of love, such

as verbal affirmations or physical displays of affection, are not common. However, their love

language revolves around acts of service, which might indicate that they express love and care
