—、工程概况 Project Overview 

本工程从 1 楼到 29 楼共有三栋楼其中： 
There are three buildings in site from the 1st floor to the 29th floor, in here: 
第一栋楼高压电桥架共 116 个洞口； 
There are a total of 116 openings in the high‐voltage bridge of the first building; 
第二栋楼高压电桥架共 58 个洞口； 
A total of 58 openings in the high‐voltage bridge of the second building; 
第三栋楼高压电桥架共 58 个洞口； 
The third building has a total of 58 openings in the high‐voltage bridge; 

二、施工准备 Construction Preparation 

1、材料准备 Material Preparation 
本工程的防火封堵材料,根据阻火包,有机防火泥,无机防火隔板,水泥,铝板,螺丝钉,  沙。 
The  fireproof  sealing  materials  of  this  project,  including  fireproof  pillow,  organic  fireproof  mud,  inorganic 
fireproof board, cement, aluminum plate, screw, sand 
2、电缆防火封堵材料进场施工前,提供防火封堵材料的基本数据和文件‐‐‐‐消防产品型式认可证书,检验
报告,工程材料说明书,产品合格证书,产品出厂检验报告,材料报验表等，需当地消防部门的认可要进行
认可。 
Provide the basic data and documents of the fire‐proof sealing material before the cable fire‐proof sealing 
material  enters  the  site‐‐fire  product  type  approval  certificate,  inspection  report,  engineering  material 
manual,  product  qualification  certificate,  product  factory  inspection  report,  material  inspection  form  etc., 
need to be approved by the local fire department. 

三、主要施工工具 Main Construction Tools 

 
手提切割机、电钻、电锤、扳手、螺丝刀、扫把、斧头、剪铁刀、卷尺等。 
Portable cutting machine, electric drill, electric hammer, wrench, screwdriver, broom, axe, iron scissors, tape 
measure, etc. 

四、施工方法 Construction method 

 
电缆桥架竖井防火封堵的施工方法： 
Construction Method of Fireproof Sealing for Cable Bridge Shaft: 
 
1、根据桥架大小把无机防火隔板切割成需要的尺寸,用膨胀螺栓固定在楼板底部。  该尺寸为：比桥架
洞口每边大 10cm～20cm，即（桥架宽度+20cm）×（桥架厚度+20cm）。 
According to the size of the bridge frame, cut the inorganic fireproof partition into the required size, and fix 
it to the bottom of the floor with expansion bolts. The size is: 10cm to 20cm larger than each side of the 
bridge opening, that is (bridge width + 20cm) × (bridge thickness + 20cm). 
 
2、把阻火包整理平整,似砌砖似地交叉堆砌在无机防火隔板上。 
Arrange the fire retardant package evenly, and stack it cross‐stacked on the inorganic fireproof partition like 
laying bricks. 
 
3、再用无机防火泥覆盖封堵在阻火包（粒状岩棉蛭石）上,要求高出楼板表面并做成规则状。 
Then use inorganic fireproof mud to cover and block the fireproof pillow (granular rock wool vermiculite), 
which is required to be higher than the surface of the floor and made into a regular shape. 
a  根据现场实际丈量，确定洞口尺寸。 
According to the actual measurement on site, determine the size of the hole 

 
 
b 根据洞口尺寸切割加工好防火隔板，防火隔板尺寸。 
Cut  and  process  the  fireproof  partition  according  to  the  size  of  the  opening,  and  the  size  of  the  fireproof 
board.   

 
 
 
C 四周应比洞口大 5mm 以上，使用铝板固定。 
The  surrounding  area  should  be  more  than  5mm  larger  than  the  hole,  and  it  should  be  fixed  with  an 
aluminum plate 

 
 
4.阻火包按次序在洞内及电缆桥架内依次摆放整洁，厚度与墙体厚度一致，不能超出墙体。 
The  fire  retardant  packs  are  placed  neatly  in  the  hole  and  the  cable  bridge  in  order,  and  the  thickness  is 
consistent with the thickness of the wall and cannot exceed the wall. 

 
 
 
 
 
 
5.防火包与电缆桥架间旷地空闲以及防火包使用防火泥填补，在加上一层防火板。

6. 与线缆间旷地空闲用防火泥进行填补密实。

五、施工工艺流程 Process Flow 

1、无机防火隔板的施工操作流程是：检查无机防火隔板的外观质  量，根据不同大小的孔洞尺寸，把
无机防火隔板加工切割成所需要的  规格尺寸，用膨胀螺栓固定在需要封堵的部位。 
The construction operation process of the inorganic fireproof partition is: check the appearance quality of 
the  inorganic  fireproof  partition,  process  and  cut  the  inorganic  fireproof  partition  into  the  required  size 
according to the hole size  of different  sizes, and fix it on the part that needs to be sealed with expansion 
bolts . 
 
2、阻火包的施工操作流程是：把阻火包整理平整，并检查阻火包有无破损，不得使用破损的阻火包。
然后似砖砌般地交叉堆砌在无机防火隔板上，直至达到设计要求的阻火厚度。 
The construction operation process of the fire retardant package is: arrange the fire retardant package flat, 
and check whether the fire retardant package is damaged, and the damaged fire retardant package shall not 
be  used.  Then  they  are  stacked  cross‐stacked  on  the  inorganic  fireproof  partition  like  bricks  until  the 
fireproof thickness required by the design is reached. 
 
3、有机防火泥的施工操作流程：依据需要把有机防火泥密实填充在需要封堵的孔洞中，当气温较低时，
可放在不高于 40  ℃的温热水中浸泡 15 分钟，待堵料变得柔软时再施工。要求表面平整，光洁，并做
成规则状态，高度和密度满足图示尺寸。 
The construction operation process of organic fireproof mud: according to the need, fill the organic fireproof 
mud densely in the holes that need to be blocked. When the temperature is low, soak in warm water not 
higher than 40  ℃  for 15 minutes. Apply when soft. The surface is required to be flat, smooth, and made 
into a regular state, and the height and density meet the dimensions shown in the figure. 
 
六、安全措施 Security Measures 

1、安全施工措施 Safety Construction Measures 
 
1）项目负责人在整个施工过程中，应遵守下列规定： 
a、应认真执行安全施工规章制度加强对施工人员管理，落实安全施工技术措施，检查和督促施工人员
安全作业，做到安全、文明施工。 
b、组织施工人员学习施工标准和熟悉施工图纸，严格按照设计及有关规定、规范、标准要求进行施工，
随时检查施工质量，发现问题及时整改。 
c、对施工现场搭设脚手架、并架和施工现场使用的电气、机械设备、安全防护装置应符合相关安全规
定并验收合格后才能使用。 
1) The project leader shall abide by the following regulations during the entire construction process: 
a.  Conscientiously  implement  safety  construction  rules  and  regulations,  strengthen  the  management  of 
construction  personnel,  implement  safety  construction  technical  measures,  inspect  and  supervise 
construction personnel to work safely, and achieve safe and civilized construction. 
b.  Organize  construction  personnel  to  study  construction  standards  and  familiarize  themselves  with 
construction drawings, carry out construction in strict accordance with the design and relevant regulations, 
specifications,  and  standards,  check  the  construction  quality  at  any  time,  and  rectify  problems  in  a  timely 
manner. 
c.  The  electrical,  mechanical  equipment,  and  safety  protection  devices  used  on  the  construction  site  for 
erecting scaffolding, juxtaposition, and construction site shall comply with relevant safety regulations and be 
used only after passing the acceptance check. 
 
2）施工人员在整个施工过程中应遵守下列规定： 
a、必须遵守和执行相关的安全生产、文明施工的管理制度并应接受建设单位监理人员的检查监督。 
b、必须戴安全帽进入施工现场，高空作业必须系好安全带。 
c、在控制室、开关室工作必须要有监护人员在场，并在断电的情况下进行作业，应摘下手表、钥匙、
打火机、钢笔等金属物品，并戴绝缘手套，穿绝缘鞋。 
d、需要整理排放电缆时，事前应征求监护人员的同意，并在监护人员监护下进行。 
e、施工完毕后，应将施工现场清理干净。 
2) Construction personnel should abide by the following regulations during the entire construction process: 
a.  It  is  necessary  to  abide  by  and  implement  the  relevant  safety  production  and  civilized  construction 
management systems and accept the inspection and supervision of the supervisors of the construction unit. 
b.  Safety  helmets  must  be  worn  to  enter  the  construction  site,  and  safety  belts  must  be  fastened  when 
working at heights. 
c. In the control room and switch room, there must be guardians present, and when the power is cut off, 
metal objects such as watches, keys, lighters, pens, etc. should be removed, and insulating gloves and shoes 
should be worn. 
d. When it is necessary to arrange the discharge cables, the consent of the guardians should be sought in 
advance, and it should be carried out under the supervision of the guardians. 
e. After the construction is completed, the construction site should be cleaned up. 
 
2、安全施工管理制度 Safety Construction Management System 
 
1）进出工作区域一定要登记时间、人数和工作内容。 
2）施工人员进场施工要佩戴工作胸卡，头戴安全帽，身穿工作服。 
3）进入工作区域施工，严禁吸烟。 
4）带电操作区域必须允许工作时，穿戴绝缘手套和绝缘鞋，取下随身带的金属物品。 
5）在电器设备附近不准使用铁尺、铁卷尺等。 
6）在电器设备附近，手持工具，物体不得超过头部。 
7）不准在电器设备上挂靠任何工具物体。 
8）不准随意进入止步、高压危险的场地，不准随意堆放物品。 
9）不准擅自挪动警示标记。 
10）休息、吃饭要在指定集中的、远离电器设备的安全地方进行。 
11）遇到雷电下雨时，在露天的电气设备附近的施工人员要立即撤离  现场。 
12）施工机械设备不准擅自安装在电气设备附近进行施工。 
13）施工工具在当天施工完毕后应集中堆放在远离电气设备的安全地方。 
14）用完水要关闭水龙头，机械设备当天使用完后要切断电源。 
15）角钢切割、焊接等产生金属火花的施工，须经施工单位同意并办理许可证。 
16）施工前对施工作业班组所有人员进行书面和口头安全技术交底，并培训考核，不安排末经安全教
育及考核不合格人员进入作业现场，有关领导和技术人员应经常到现场检查，确保施工质量。 
 
1)  When  entering  and  leaving  the  work  area,  the  time,  number  of  people  and  work  content  must  be 
registered. 
2)  Construction  workers  should  wear  work  badges,  safety  helmets  and  overalls  when  entering  the 
construction site. 
3) Entering the working area for construction, smoking is strictly prohibited. 
4) Wear insulated gloves and insulated shoes when working in the live operating area, and remove the metal 
objects you bring with you. 
5) It is not allowed to use iron rulers, iron tapes, etc. near electrical equipment. 
6) In the vicinity of electrical equipment, hold tools and objects must not exceed the head. 
7) It is not allowed to hang any tools and objects on electrical equipment. 
8) It is not allowed to enter the stagnant, high‐voltage and dangerous places at will, and it is not allowed to 
pile up objects at will. 
9) It is not allowed to move the warning signs without authorization. 
10)  Rest  and  meals  should  be  carried  out  in  a  designated  centralized  safe  place  away  from  electrical 
equipment. 
11) In case of thunder, lightning and rain, the construction workers near the open‐air electrical equipment 
should evacuate the site immediately. 
12)  Construction  machinery  and  equipment  are  not  allowed  to  be  installed  near  electrical  equipment  for 
construction without authorization. 
13)  Construction  tools  should  be  stacked  in  a  safe  place  away  from  electrical  equipment  after  the 
construction is completed on the same day. 
14)  Turn  off  the  faucet  after  using  up  the  water,  and  cut  off  the  power  supply  after  the  mechanical 
equipment is used up for the day. 
15)  The  construction  of  metal  sparks  such  as  angle  steel  cutting  and  welding  must  be  approved  by  the 
construction unit and obtain a permit. 
16) Before construction, all personnel in the construction operation team shall make written and oral safety 
technical  disclosures,  and  conduct  training  and  assessment.  Personnel  who  have  not  passed  the  safety 
education and assessment will not be arranged to enter the operation site. Relevant leaders and technical 
personnel shall often go to the site for inspection to ensure quality.
