• Access your Cloud Simulation Account via the Wartsila customer support portal
• Manage account, contacts, users, classrooms
• Schedule, change, cancel, and view statistics for cloud simulation

• Name Classroom session and select number of student workplaces


• Select date/time (local time) and duration of class

• Confirmation of training session creation

• Remote desktop connectivity test provided so as to confirm connection prior to the scheduled class start time
• Confirms access speed is appropriate for using the simulator

• Wärtsilä sends email with rdp connection shortcuts to the class contact email-address
• Instructor/admin forwards the shortcuts to each instructor/trainee
• Access by a double-click on the rdp shortcuts and entering the password provided

copy/paste into desktop folder.
• Instructor confirms that the trainees has logged in to
respective trainee instance.
• Instructor starts “Root#1” on the Instructor desktop.
