Refund Policy:
 The course fee is non-refundable.
In case, a student forgot to enter a coupon code institute will not be liable for it.
In case, if your payment made twice we will adjust it into next attempt or another paper as per student requirement.

Course Replacement Policy:

 Regular batch course replacement can be done within 3 weeks of enrollment without charge.
 Course replacement after three weeks of enrollment is 50% of the original course fee with no discount
applicable.
 Course replacement is only for one time.

Freezing Policy:
 Freezing can done free of cost within 2nd week of enrollment.
 Freezing fee is 50% of the course fee if done after 2nd week of enrollment.
 Unfreezing of course is allowed for next two attempts.
 While unfreezing you will get ongoing batch access.

Extension Policy:
 Extension of access for any course can be applied any time during term of the course. However the fee will be50% of
the original course fee with no discount applicable.
 Extension option will be available for next attempt only.
 One may receive continuous batch access during an extension period. 

Payment Policy:
 Payment shall be made via Credit Card, Bank Transfer & IBFT.
 Once Upon completion of the payment process, an invoice will be automatically generated and a confirmation
email indicating successful payment will be sent to you.
 Course access will be revoke in case we are unable to receive the payment within 05 working days

Access Policy:
 The granting of access is an automated process and access will be provided promptly upon completion of the payment
procedure.
 Course access will be revoked right after next date of your exam.


Promotion Policy:
 No extension and freezing policy is applicable for any promotion.

 Content will drip according to the planner available in the student study portal.
