    Future Tense

    Which form should you use?


    Simple future (future simple) with (be going to)

    Definition
    It is used to talk about plans for
    the future.
    Example
    is + going to + swim
    "She is going to swim later."

    is + going to + swim
    I am going to visit my grandparents next week.

    is + not + going to + swim


    I'm not going to eat at that restaurant again.

    Simple future (future simple) with (will)

    Definition
    It is normally used when you are making predictions about
    the future. But only if it is a general prediction that is not
    based on existing evidence.

    Example
    will + meet / 'll + meet
    You will meet a tall, dark, handsome stranger.

    will + dance / 'll + dance


    He'll dance tomorrow at the night

    will + fly / 'll + fly


    I think cars will fly in the future.
