SIMPLE FUTURE (FUTURO SIMPLE) CON (BE GOING TO)

Be going to + forma básica del verbo (también llamado V1)

Por ejemplo:

➢ we+are + going to+ fly --> "we are going to fly." (nosotros vamos a
volar.)

A) Se usa para hablar de planes concretados para el futuro.

Por ejemplo:

➢ "I ´m going to visit my grandparents next week."


("Voy a visitar a mis abuelos la semana que viene.")

➢ "I'm not going to eat at that restaurant again. It was terrible!"


("No voy a volver a comer en ese restaurante. ¡Fue terrible!")

B) También se usa para hablar de predicciones sobre el futuro si están


basados en evidencia existente.

Por ejemplo:

• Look at those black clouds. I think it is going to rain."


("Mira esas nubes negras. Va a llover.")
