make informed decisions. The analytical metrics Reach, Conversion, Engagement, Audience
Analysis, Aggregate Activity metrics refer to LE Young et.al. (2020) & Nanda et.al. (2021)
on social media analytics tools Agorapulse, Tableau, Sprout Social, Buzzsumo, Google
Analytics and Hootsuite as detailed below:
