Assignment 3: “My Contribution”

Our case title is Pakistan take another IMF loan and our topic is Chapter 11 and 12. Our group is
Group 3, and I was the leader. The things that I did first I ask them about what are the nos. of the case that
they want to answer then I pick mine which is the no.1 question and I guide them on what to do with it.
Specifically on no. 2 I guide one of the members on what to add to it from our topic and that topic is from
Chapter 11 named the Crisis of the IMF. I also shared some ideas with them about the topic that will be
on about and explained some of the concepts in Chapter 11 and 12. Aside from that, I also assigned some
members on their other part beside from the questions on the case. I assigned Peach to the making of the
PowerPoint and told her what to put there beside the answer to the questions like about the Bretton
woods, definitions of terms, etc. I also shared ideas with one of my groups which is Edrianna on what to
put on the managerial implications part. I was the one who shared about the foreign exchange risk and
shared some of the ideas there from the book. For the reporting part, I reported about the Bretton Woods
System, function of IMF and World Bank, first case study question, current situation of Pakistan, and the
foreign exchange risk on Managerial Implications. On the Q&A part, I shared my ideas with my
groupmates, and I answered a question about the reformation and why the Pakistan is hesitant to take
loan. I also answered the question about the current situation of Pakistan.
