No Read, No Write: Story of MangDeolito

CASE STORY TITLE:

Conflict Identification
Mang Deolito, a farmer and legal worker, couldn't read or write basic sentences. Mang Deolito is
subjected to his coworkers for an unknown amount of time, which has had an impact on his life,
before seeking for the courage and ability to make his job meet the challenge. Child labor is one of
the most critical components of the situation. The basic outcome is that he is untrained, but other
options resulted in numerous drawbacks, excluding him from the test.

Plan of Action
As part of the intervention, the initial action is to focus on the areas that the child labor statute
(R.A. 7658) with the barangay within a rapid explanation and conversation that can lead to parental
punishment and brief repercussions through children. The goal of the program is to help and
enlighten the barangay's families and parents about safety precautions. Companions, for example,
are needed to help the community obtain important knowledge that can be used in academic
research with their cooperation. The time frame can start in the morning and end at midnight
because the time can be made using the same specifications. On a monthly basis, we can see how
attending the event can help us learn the offered output, which in turn can help youngsters
understand what they can do as part of their environmental engagement. To optimize the
influence of their engagement, we must seek interaction through employment and stores based
on how well the youth are doing in terms of their goals and activity within their information and
work. The required needs are basically equivalent due to the high concentration of youngsters in
the system. The intended outcome, such as on a construction site, may assist us understand the
system's motive.

As time passes, the problems of the levels in ranges become more important, as our interest in our
lives can help us continue our challenge and career to do our best, even if some may be considered
failures. Mang Deolito's life was acknowledged as having a great impact on the community because
he contributed to the family in terms of his worth and support in attending school at a young age.
