Dear Sir/Madame;

I, the undersigned, would like to express wish to apply for Teacher 1 position in
your school. My Personal Data sheet (PDS) is attached for your reference. I am
confident that my abilities to give instruction and supervision, combined with my
excellent communication skills and professional ethic would greatly benefit your
school.

I am currently rendering my services for two years until now in Department of

Justice where as my area of responsibility is in New Bilibid Prison and my rank is
Corrections Officer 1, I am ready to shift in teaching environment where I can
give my best as a License professional teacher and a good public servant.

My duty as a Corrections Officer in new bilibid prison is not just end in

protecting/securing and providing safer community, It is also my responsibility to
give rehabilitations, corrections, education such as basic learning system,
vocational trade skills and moral spiritual values to our inmates so that one’s they
were release, they will no longer be harmful to the community by becoming
reformed individuals and equip with new skills or trade that they can use to start
for their new life

My work as a Corrections officer in national prison facility was involved with

sharpened my potential as an educator and I am ready to take all the learnings
I’ve got to a much more challenging working and teaching environment. I know
that your institution is a perfect place where I can get what I am seeking for.

Believing that education is the key to success of the students, I hope to be a part
of your established school which has been always known as the producer of
young students known for their excellence in various fields. My goal to provide
an interesting learning environment that encourages students to be the best
while integrating moral values fear of god and as a law abiding citizen while
honing my skills further as a teacher.
I have also other skills which I can share to my students and extra knowledge in
other fields which I can integrate with the subject that I teach. I know that this is
my edge from other applicants who also intend to secure a position in your
institution.

Knowing how vital continuous professional development is, I also participated in

different training programs in the past two years. Doing so has helped me
improve my interpersonal skills and let me get involved in different matters
concerning the development of the community where I belong. Working in a
group has always been an exciting thing to me as I believe that strong
collaboration can bring out the best in the people within a society.
