Maintaining the Cleanliness in TVL-ICT 11

II. Background and Rationale

In line to the vision of the “to keep the classroom clean” every classroom should
promote the cleanliness and awareness to the occupants of the area about the importance of
the cleanliness to every classroom.

According to Republic Act no. 9003, to ensure the proper segregation, collecting,
transport, storage, treatment and disposal of solid waste. The best environmental practices in
ecological waste management should be formulated and adopted.

In response to this the proponents assumes the responsibility to take its part in
advocating practices our classmates in cleaning the room every 4:00 pm.

For this reasons, this project proposal is made.

VI. Schedule
The schedule of cleaning in TVL- ICT 11 classroom will be on Monday- Friday
(4:00-4:30 pm)

VIII. Monitoring and Evaluation

The monitoring form shall be filled up and check after cleaning by the proponents
everyday so that the proponent will know who is not cleaning or cleaning in their
respected schedules. The group that have a perfect attendance or the group that they
clean the classroom very well will receive a prizes.
