To facilitate our compliance with CHED's regulations and to promote the safety and well-being of our
students, we kindly request the assistance of your esteemed office in providing us with an updated and
comprehensive list of accredited boarding houses in Tagum City. The information would include the
boarding house names, addresses, contact details, and their corresponding accreditation status.

We assure you that any information provided will be treated with utmost confidentiality and will solely
be used for CHED monitoring purposes. We are committed to upholding all data protection regulations
and privacy protocols.
