Solving all types of international call issues related to voice, data and fax.
Troubleshooting customer voice IPs reachability from SBC.
Working on VOIP Protocols like SIP (Session Initiation Protocol).
Taking signaling (SIP/ISUP) traces on protocol analyzer for call analysis.
Configuration of vlan, vtp, ether channels, intervlan routing on L3 switches.
