PLATINUM® Protect PA MADE IN

PLATINUM® Protect PA comes in 100% nylon which makes it lighter compared to the PLATINUM® Protect PES/PA. Compared to polyester, ny-
lon is more robust in resisting extreme abrasive forces and thus is especially suitable for use in rough rescue and hoisting equipment scenarios.
The permanent mechanical connection between the core and the cover prevents the cover from slipping even if it is cut. The benefit of greater
safety and better handling pays off especially when using the rope in training facilities.

With PLATINUM Protect XG, TEUFELBERGER has taken its PLATINUM range to the next level and introduced with 11mm a popular diameter.

As in all other PLATINUM® ropes, the core and cover are interconnected at regular intervals. In the PLATINUM® Protect XG, however, the binding
yarn also changes its direction at each connecting point. The rope is steadier in access and features reduced kinking especially in case of long
abseiling distances. Due to the low stretch, the good UV resistance as well as the high abrasion resistance of the polyester cover, PLATINUM®
Protect XG PES/PA is perfectly suited for working at great heights and in rough terrain.

Comes is the perfect companion for work and rescue operations at great heights. This highly static rope is certified to EN 1891 A and features
particularly low stretch and high breaking forces. The cover yarns in the polyester cover are twisted, which makes the rope considerably more
abrasion resistant than the popular Ultrastatic, without exhibiting major changes in terms of stretch behavior. Therefore, as well as due to its
excellent UV stability, the rope is also perfectly suitable for use in rough terrain. Moreover, Comes is very flexible, feels good to hold and is

Dynaflex MADE IN

Dynaflex is a dynamic rope that is designed to withstand a relatively high number of falls. It is provided with a 40-or 48-plait cover whose close
weave protects the nylon cores within from contamination. The highly twined yarns increase the abrasion resistance of the rope, and the regular
pattern in the cover makes Dynaflex very grippy and convenient to use. All these characteristics make it the perfect rope for use under extreme
conditions and for Cow’s Tails in rope access. All diameters of Dynaflex are certified to EN 892.

Yellowstone MADE IN

TEUFELBERGER’s Yellowstone has a thick Technora® sheath and a Safety Blue core made of high tenacity nylon. Yellowstone has little to no
stretch and is highly cut and heat resistant. It is perfect for rappelling in high heat situations or over sharp edges and has therefore even been
used for rapelling into vulcanos. The Safety Blue nylon core eliminates the bumpiness and “knot memory” that is common to other Technora®
ropes. Additionally, it shows easily through any damage to the sheath.

Vulcanus MADE IN

Vulcanus is certified according to EN 1891 A, designed as a heat-resistant rope and comes with an aramid cover. Contrary to polyester and
nylon, aramids are highly heat resistant. What is more, these fibers exhibit excellent strength and slight elongation at break. Vulcanus results in
a rope which features increased resistance to cutting and abrasion. It is well suited as a work rope or work positioning rope for work activities
near sources of heat and the probability that it gets in contact with sharp edges. In view of its heat resistance, using it for several fast abseiling
procedures in rapid succession is not a problem. Hence, it is also well suited for special intervention units, emergency response organizations,
and for use in rescue operations.

Tech Cord is extremely strong and extremely abrasion resistant. The polyester cover surrounds a parallel fiber core of 100% Technora®, result-

Design

The Titan-Ti Split Tapered Basket Stretcher is a Titanium, TIG-welded frame

construction basket stretcher. It relies on its frame geometry, construction
methods and materials for its ultimate strength.

The unique Split-Apart feature allows for a completely solid connection

between the two parts of the stretcher, without the use of pins or tubes
sliding into each other. It also allows for a quick and easy visual check to
ensure connections are secure throughout an operation. This system of
connection allows the stretcher to be assembled or un-assembled in about
15 seconds.

The Titan-Ti Split Tapered Basket Stretcher is designed to meet a Traverse-

Standard of 1,134 kg (2500 lbs.) while suspended from a four-point litter
bridle. All testing has been completed at an independent facility, and are
proven to surpass this specification.

The Titan-Ti Split Tapered Basket Stretcher is specifically designed to perform

in a technical rescue environment. The materials allow it to survive in almost
all conditions, while the design itself allows for a user-friendly platform from
which to work. The titanium materials allow the additional feature of
reducing more than half of the weight when compared to similar stainless
steel models.

Unique features include a 25.4mm (1 inch) top-tube to make it easy to hold

onto relative to smaller-tube frames. Four StratLoad™ attachment points make
it quick, easy and safer to clip your Litter Bridle into. These attachment points
protect the carabiner from wall and rock faces etc. The High Density
Polyethylene netting allows water and air to easily pass through the patient
compartment, yet the small holes keep from snagging debris as easily. The
High Density Polyethylene material will not rust and potentially cause
additional harm to your patient, and they are attached with shock cord so
they will give-way when loads are improperly placed on it.

Every Split-Apart basket includes Collet Protectors. These protectors are

meant to be used on each end when the stretcher is no in use. They
protect the threads from denting and keep debris out.

A lightweight, CE certified, portable winch

The Rigging Winch provides the user with a lightweight, CE certified,

portable winch mounted to a robust adapter plate. The 2-speed 500 model weighs
just 7 kg (15.4 lb). Its maximum working load of 4.9 kN (1102 lb) maximizes
operator pulling power by up to 40 times. Multiple mounting options provide
versatility when working in challenging or remote environments.

Design Fiber rope Winch

The mounting plate is sculpted
to remove excess weight and
provides multiple attachment
points without compromising
strength. The pigtail lead ensures
correct alignment and loading of
the winch for maximum efficiency.
The winch is designed for use
with fiber rope up to 12 mm
(1/2") in diameter, reducing
weight and allowing alignment to
the load. Smooth surfaces and
chafe-free design reduces rope
wear. The unique drum design
maximizes grip on the rope.
Winches feature 17-4 PH stainless
steel load-carrying gears and pins
for strength and durability. Packages
include a universal mounting
plate, 10" winch handle, and the
two-speed Rigging Winch 500.

The Rigging Winch kit is adaptable for customized applications

Options
For use with multiple attachments,
depending on the environment and
industry: ratchet straps, M10 bolts,
carabiners, and scaffold clamps.
Because attachments and fittings are used differently depending on
operational purpose, they are not included with the kit. This allows
for more of a customized application of the kit. Harken Industrial
can provide advice on the best attachment solution.
