1- In ZTE EMS-server U31, Server has been been down for a while more than 3 hours and after its recovery, we are going to fetch missed
KPI of RNC/NB and eNB on Netnumen. What is your solution?

Can check this problem in 3-part, first server hardware and second application and third Database

● Check Application Server performance in system EMS monitoring

● Check configuration performance monitoring in Application server of EMS
● Check all threshold setup for CPU, RAM, HDD ….
● Check oracle Database, Minos on EMS
● Check all DB tables size, usage, sync success … in oracle

2- IN ZTE RNC V3, load sharing on GIPI3’s links between RNC and router doesn’t work (Tx is Ok but Rx path is unbalance). What are
suggestions to fix the issue?

According GIPI3 GE interface accessing and IP processing function, first check from physical layer that health checks all hardware such GIPI3
board,2 GE interfaces, physical connection, LC/PC port interfaces and check from router side too
Check processing of board and ports
Check interface access function for Iu, Iub and Iur of RNC
Check router config, sometime if set BGP on router for load sharing path, it causes this problem
The main task of RNC is not routing, in case TX and RX is unbalanced but there is no rejection and have bad effect on service, should not be
consider as a problem, in this regard it is suggested to be follow with the other side (data communication devices) and have no bad effect...
 3- We only define co-sector neighbors for inter-frequency in our 3G network, but according to performance results, there are inter-
NodeB inter- frequency attempts and handovers. There is no active related feature in this regard. Is there any explanation for this
issue?
