Delays on deliveries will be calculated per weeks, with the exception of air freight shipments, that will be calculated per

If due to unjustified delays the bulk quantity has to be finally cancelled, the penalization to be applied due to our loss of
business will vary between a 20% to a 70% discount of the agreed cost price, depending on the importance of the style
