1.Steps to follow to get maximum benefit of Food eating
1. Eat Sweet taste first before every meal
2. You must eat all six tastes in every meal
3. Don’t watch TV while eating and Don’t read
newspaper/book. while eating
4. Don’t talk while eating and always close your
mouth while chewing food. If required you may
close your eyes while chewing for a maximum
benefit
5. Make sure to chew the food as practiced during
demonstration
6. Don’t eat any meal within 45 minutes after taking
bath and don't take bath within 2.5 hours after
the completion of eating.
7. Don’t drink water 30minutes before food and
30minutes after completion of food. Also should
not drink water while eating.
8. Don’t sleep in bed (horizontal position) within 2.5 hours
after completion of any meal.
9. Stop eating, when you get the first burp.

1. Don’t boil the drinking water
2. Drink required quantity of water, whenever you
feel thirsty
3. Don’t drink water without thirsty
4. You must drink sufficient amount(100~150ml)
water after emptying your urine bladder
5. Should always sip mouthful of water & taste it
using taste buds on your tongue, instead of
continuously drinking it quickly
6. Avoid taking Packaged Drinking Water, which
does not have any minerals in it.
7. Don’t drink filtered water (which may filter of all
minerals present in water)

1. Don’t use Mosquito Coil or Mosquito Repellent
liquid
2. Ensure good cross ventilation all the time at
Home, Work Place, Factory (24 x 7)
3. Don’t close windows of your living room, Bed
room at home and also at your works, which will
stop the cross ventilation of air.
(If the windows & doors of bedroom 10’x10’ are closed ; Oxygen
available in the room will be converted to CO2 within one hour and
the rest of your sleep you will be forced to inhale CO2 instead of
O2 ; this will force your kidney to do extra unnecessary work to
convert water in to O2 and supply to body requirement; this will lead
to early failure of kidney; many of you will feel more thirsty during
mid night and consume more water, due to lack of O2 available in
the room air)

4. You may use Mosquito Net to overcome the


mosquito bite problem and ensure to keep the
windows & doors open, for a good cross
ventilation.

4. Steps to follow to get maximum benefit of REST or SLEEP
(AKASH / ETHER)
1. Don’t keep your head on north side while
sleeping
2. Avoid taking Coffee or Tea
3. Those you do hard physical work, must sleep
minimum 6 hours in horizontal position; 8 hours
is best
4. Those you do mental / thinking work (without
doing any hard physical work) must REST
minimum 6-hours in horizontal position with eyes
closed; 8-hours is best; Should not read or
watch-TV while taking rest;Eyes must be closed.
5. Understand the difference between SLEEP and
REST.
6. Don’t sleep on direct floor without any thick mat
or bed-spread or mattress on floor.
7. Always brush your teeth & clean your tongue

1. Avoid eating if you are not hungry
2. It is better to set your A/C temperature
close to 37C (which is your body temp.),
instead of 22~25C.
3. Eat proportionate to the work done by you
or Work according to your food intake
4. Every day you must give movements to
all joints in your body.
5. Heart is pumping all the time to ensure
good blood circulation in our body; But for
Lymphatic Circulation, we must do
exercise daily, as there is no pump
available for it.
6. Not doing Exercise is also one of the root
cause for some of the diseases.
7. Even a healthy person must do exercise
Daily.

How to Chew Food Properly – 5 steps 1 of 2
Step-1 Solid to Powder Convert Solid food items in to smaller-
size powder of less than 1mm cubic size particle; Chewing amount
should not be more than ¼ of your mouth capacity or 1-teaspoon
volume; Ensure to keep your mouth closed, while entire chewing
process and not to open until step-5 is completed; Ensure to
chew 3~4 times on left side of jaw and then 3~4 times on right
side chewing and again on left-side continuously till Step-5;
Ensure to keep face jaw downward looking instead of keeping
Horizontal or Upward looking posture; During chewing Don't talk,
Don't watch TV, Don’t read News-Paper or Book.
Step-2 Powder to Paste Continue to chew & Convert small
powder of solid-food into paste-food, after mixing
with Saliva secreted from three Salivary glands inside our mouth
Step-3 Paste to Liquid Continue to chew & Convert Paste into
Liquid-food, after mixing well with more Saliva secreted.

Step-4 Identify tastes & strength Continue to chew & Identify the
taste using tongue; also identify the strength of the taste (light, mild,
medium, strong, extra strong); As soon as you started checking the
taste, you will notice more secretion of Saliva is happening inside
mouth.
Step-5 Reduce taste below 50% Continue to Chew & Monitor the
taste strength till it is reduced by 50% (at-least) before you could
swallow the food. It is preferred to reduce taste-strength by 75~100%.
Best would be to continue chewing until food becomes fully tasteless
(Zero-Taste or NO-Taste) and then swallow it.
If you are drinking Juice, milk or any liquid food, then follow
step 4 & 5 after sipping one teaspoon volume (should not drink
it continuously without tasting); move liquid -food from left-side of jaw to
right-side and then to left-side continuously, so that liquid-food can
rollover on all taste-buds of tongue and accordingly saliva is well
secreted. You must swallow the liquid-food, only after the taste strength
is reduced at-least by 50% (which is possible only after mixing it well with
more secreted-saliva inside mouth). 48
