#2 Don’t drink water from 30min before meal, until 30min after

1.Steps to follow to get maximum benefit of Food eating
1. Eat Sweet taste first before every meal
2. You must eat all six tastes in every meal
3. Don’t watch TV while eating and Don’t read
newspaper/book. while eating
4. Don’t talk while eating and always close your
mouth while chewing food. If required you may
close your eyes while chewing for a maximum
benefit
5. Make sure to chew the food as practiced during
demonstration
6. Don’t eat any meal within 45 minutes after taking
bath and don't take bath within 2.5 hours after
the completion of eating.
7. Don’t drink water 30minutes before food and
30minutes after completion of food. Also should
not drink water while eating.
8. Don’t sleep in bed (horizontal position) within 2.5 hours
after completion of any meal.
9. Stop eating, when you get the first burp.

1. Don’t boil the drinking water
2. Drink required quantity of water, whenever you
feel thirsty
3. Don’t drink water without thirsty
4. You must drink sufficient amount(100~150ml)
water after emptying your urine bladder
5. Should always sip mouthful of water & taste it
using taste buds on your tongue, instead of
continuously drinking it quickly
6. Avoid taking Packaged Drinking Water, which
does not have any minerals in it.
7. Don’t drink filtered water (which may filter of all
minerals present in water)

1. Don’t use Mosquito Coil or Mosquito Repellent
liquid
2. Ensure good cross ventilation all the time at
Home, Work Place, Factory (24 x 7)
3. Don’t close windows of your living room, Bed
room at home and also at your works, which will
stop the cross ventilation of air.
(If the windows & doors of bedroom 10’x10’ are closed ; Oxygen
available in the room will be converted to CO2 within one hour and
the rest of your sleep you will be forced to inhale CO2 instead of
O2 ; this will force your kidney to do extra unnecessary work to
convert water in to O2 and supply to body requirement; this will lead
to early failure of kidney; many of you will feel more thirsty during
mid night and consume more water, due to lack of O2 available in
the room air)
