1) Identify teams and faculty to work on the project. Team members can be
interdisciplinary.
2) A meeting with the start-up will be arranged to clarify the doubts and
understand the problem statement.
3) The student’s team can submit project proposals with copy to EDC, after the
first level of evaluation of the concept, design, and presentation.
4) The faculty mentor and student team leader will be our one point of contact.
5) There can be a maximum of 2 teams/ project from the same college. If there
are more teams wanting to participate faculty at college can kindly review
with experts from your end and choose the best two to submit the proposal.
6) Each team can submit only 1 proposal.
7) One Student can participate in only 1 project.
8) Once the project proposal is submitted the same will be evaluated and the
selected team will be called for presentation to the start-up.
9) The team selected as the most suitable one will be allotted the project to
work on.
10) The College management will be informed of the same.
11) The timeline of 4 to 5 months from the selected date will have to be strictly
followed.
12) Once the team starts to work on the project fortnightly reviews meetings
with PALS mentors will be scheduled by the faculty and the team to update
on the progress.
13) We expect the team to work very professionally and stay committed to the
project once they sign up for the same.
