This proposal is intended to outline why establishing a new social justice club is the most

convenient alternative for the college, why it would be

beneficial for students and how in the long term it will generate a pronounced change in
the institution. Furthermore, it will provide them great qualities employers look for in
future talent.

The social justice club offers a platform for students to learn about social injustice cases
around the world, letting you explore problems of disadvantaged communities and finding
possible solutions. They will have a space in which they will discuss social problems from all
over the world, that probably never had they thought that occur in today's society. The
main aim of this organization will be to “make the world a more humane place.”

Apart from the practical skills you will gain from this experience, empathy, compassion, and
good moral standing are good tools for the student’s future. They will be able to discuss
large issues and give their opinion on the subject, free of judgement from others. The
discussion setting opens a pathway for new valid opinions to be presented while allowing
them to see it through someone else’s eyes.

In my opinion, the social justice club should be created and the enrollment of students in it
should be encouraged. I strongly urge the director consider this proposal, because not
often these issues are discussed.
