Brief Introduction and Structural Characteristic SF Series Refrigeration Equipment is developed by Wenzhou Shuangfeng Refrigeration Equipmet Co.,Ltd.in accordance with year's technical experience and follow-up and investigati on of customers.[t has such features such as stable operation,strong adaptability,high energy efficiency.saving power expenditure and convenience in washing and transportation.tt is applicable for supported products such as suction molding machine,injection molding machine,chemical industry,clectro Plating,hospital,printing,mold,aquiculture high-tech experiment ete. The products are trusted by vast users for their excellent performance.+ Don't install it in the following sitesOperating instruction and precautions of installation and transportation [Transportation (1)prevent the water cooling machine from raining or knocking in transit. (2)Handle with care and prevent from knocking in transit or during un/loading. I.Installation ()The equipment shall be placed on firm and level place where shall be ventilated,dry and no air pollution. The ambient temperature shall not exceed 45°C indoors- (2)The in/outlet pipe and circulating cooling pipe of water cooling machine shall be correctly connected without leakage. (3)The distance between machine unit and hamper around walls shallbe not less than 45ems IILPower supply connection (1) The equipment adopts three-phase four-wire,electric power line,(R,S,T)according to 380Vlive wire(N)connection to zero line.Pay attention to correct connection of “earth wire” = (2)Main power supply of machine unit:supply voltage: 380VL10% supply frequency: S0Hz+2% (3)Don't start equipment if supply voltage fluctuation exceeds designated range. We will not take any responsibility for the damage due to starting the machine forcibly.(4)Do not modify the interlock control circuit and electric appliance without permission. Please contact us if you want to change it. We will inform the customers after checking and confirming the wiring to be changed. Otherwise, we will not take the consequences after change. WV.Operation (Before starting the machine,please check whether there are any foreign objects around ,whether the wires are connected correctly,whether the fastening water pipe is installed correctly and whether voltage is normal. (2)Turn on the automtic wate compensation valve to check whether the water tank of water cooling machine is full of water (For water cooling type,please check whether the outside circulation system such as cooling tower,pump and condenser is full of water. Operating without water or lower water level is prohibited. ) (3)Tum on the power supply and observe the indicator light and heat indicator on the panel. At this time,the water pump is working, while the dot in the heat in dicator is stil blinking. Do not turn the host machine until delay of four minutes. V.Temperature control Operation instruction The functions of thermometer indicator light are listed from top down as follows: [Indicator ight Bright Blinding Temp upper limit] Seting upper limit emp | [Temp lower limit] Setting lower limit temp Empty Compressor isin delay Protection state upon start Refigerion | Refigeming |How to set the upper and lower limit of temp? Pressdand V keys at the seme time to enter into temp. upper limit setting state. Atthis time, the temp. shown on the digital display is the upper limit temp, (0.5 will increase or decrease by pressing A or ¥ key once,fast increase or decrease if pressing and holding more than 0.Ssecond). After finishing the setting of temp.upper limit,press A.andW keys at the same time to set temp. lower limit. Notice that the controller shall obey the rules of “upper limit bigger than lower limit” . Notes: 1.The setting state will quit automatically if not pressing any key for continuousS seconds during the setting state. 2.The settingvalue won't be storesd until the setting state quits. If power off before quitting the setting state. the setting value won't be stored. Temp. control The temp control will operate according to two parameters of “upper limit temp. " and “lower limit temp.” It is supposed that the “temp upper limit” is20°C and the “temp love limit” is 18°C,refrigeration will start when the temp. control probe detects the temp. higher than 20°C and stop when the temp. lower than 18°C and the temp. will be controlled between 18Cand 20°C . Delay protect of compressor starting There is 2 “compressor stop timer” in the controllers start timing when the compressor stops,first check the timer befor starting the compressor next time. Do not start the compressor until the timer reaches 3 minutes.Thus it can guarantee above 3minutes interval to prevent the damage of comprssor from frequent starting. Upon powering on the controller within 3 minutes the compressor will not start,thus the compressor will be protected in case of powering off suddenly and powering on again. VII.Daily maintenance and service (1)Check voltage,pump and flow rate, whether there are foreign objects arojund the machine, whether there is water in the water input pipe and whether the output loop water pump of cooling tower is normal. (2)Clean the transit screen for air cooling type machine or clean the cooling water tower with clean water for water cooling type machine according to heat elimination condition if the refrigeration equipment has worked for ‘two or three months (3)Clean and overhaul the whole machine yearly. (4)It is recommended to operate under the cooperation of professional refrigeration technician.
