AFFIDAVIT OF DISCREPANCY

I, CHRISTOPHER BENEDICTO JOSE, of legal age, Filipino and with residence

address at No. 18 J. San Miguel Compd. Balubaran Malinta, Valenzuela City, Philippines,
under oath state:

1. That my name is CHRISTOPHER BENEDICTO JOSE as stated and registered in

my Certificate of Live Birth and Government Identifications;

2. That I was born on 16TH day of MAY 1978 at Plaridel, Bulacan;

3. However, on the Deed of Absolute Sale of a property covered by Transfer

Certificate of Title No. V-273359 the person who made the document
typographically entered my name as CRISTOPHER BENEDICTO JOSE instead of
my true and registered name based on my Certificate of Live Birth and
Government Identifications which is CHRISTOPHER BENEDICTO JOSE;

4. That the names CRISTOPHER BENEDICTO JOSE and CHRISTOPHER

BENEDICTO JOSE, refers to one and the same person;

5. That I am executing this Affidavit to attest the truth of the fore going facts and
use the same for whatever legal purpose it may serve.
