1. Read the Company’s Safety Policy which is posted in the accommodation
2. You have a legal duty to take reasonable care of your own health and safety whilst at work, and others who maybe affected by your acts and omissions. 3. You must not misuse or recklessly interfere with anything provided for safety. 4. When protective clothing and/or equipment is issued for your use - wear and/or use it as instructed. Report any defects to your Supervisor. 5. Play your part in keeping the site Tidy and Safe. 6. Watch out for warning notices and Obey the warnings given. 7. Always keep alert when you are in the site, especially in the vicinity of mobile plants, lifting operation area, etc. 8. Never attempt to operate a machine unless you have been trained and authorised to do so. 9. Never ride on machines unless they are designed to carry passengers. 10. Do not take short cuts, use the access provided. 11. Report any defects or damage to ladders, scaffolding, plant or tools, or any other unsafe circumstances to your Foreman. 12. Get a briefing about your next task from your supervisor. 13. If in doubt about your job ask the Foreman. 14. Report all your accidents involving injury to your Foreman. 15. For first aider or supervisor, Details of an accident necessitating first aid treatment should be entered in the Accident Book.
