A. GENERAL STUDIES INTEGRATED (GSI) - FOR PRE AND MAIN EXAMS

Course Description GS Integrated is a comprehensive classroom program which prepares aspirants

holistically for both the Prelims and Main stages of the Civil Services Exam.
Syllabi = Preliminary Exam (Paper I - General Studies & Paper II - CSAT) and
= Main Exam (General Studies Papers – I, II, III, IV and Essay)

= 9 months (Approximately 36 weeks)

Duration = Classes will be held for 4 hours, 6 days a week (according to the monthly time
schedule)
= Extra classes may be held to cover the syllabus on time

= Besides lectures and talks on all the themes of the syllabus there will be special
lectures on contemporary issues, current affairs and essay writing.
= Study material in all the compulsory papers of Pre & Main exam (except language
papers)
= Print subscription to Rau's monthly Current Affairs Analysis publication, “FOCUS”.
Inclusions = Class tests for Pre and Main exams for regular assessments
= All India Test Series and QIP (P) (quality improvement programme) before
Preliminary Exam
= Test Series and QIP (M) before Mains Exam for those who clear Preliminary exam
and are going to appear in the Mains
= Interview Guidance for those short-listed to appear in the interview/ personality
test
Fee Registration Fee of INR ` 500 + Admission Fee of INR ` 155,000

B. OPTIONAL SUBJECTS - FOR MAIN EXAM

Optional Subjects Any one subject out of Geography / History / Political Science / Public Administration /
Sociology/ Psychology / Economics / Law

= 4 months (Approximately 16 weeks)

Duration = Classes will be held for 2 hours, 5-6 days a week
= Extra classes may be held to cover the syllabus on time.
