Differentiate governance from politics

Politics is the academic study of government and the state. Governance comprises all of the
processes of governing – whether undertaken by the government of a state, Governance is the
act of governing or ruling. It is the set of rules and laws framed by the government that are to
be implemented through the representatives of the state. Simply put, governance is what
governments do.

Define power?
Power revolves round politics. Politics without power is man without dresses. Power is defined
as “An authority held by a group in a society that allows for the administration of the public
resources and implement policies for society. Power may be acquired as a means of
governmental direction or in opposition to a government group.”
