COUNSELLING SCHEDULE FOR PG COURSES FOR THE YEAR 2011-12
(MBA, MCA, M.E., M.Tech, M.Arch. Courses)
Counselling schedules for admissions for the above courses for 2011-12 will be held as below: NOTE: 1. The results of the Post Graduate Common Entrance Test have been published on the KEA website http://kea.kar.nic.in 2. Counselling will be conducted at the premises of Karnataka Examinations Authority, 18th Cross, Sampige Road, Malleshwaram, Bangalore. 3. The Candidates should bring all the necessary original documents along with one set of photocopies in support of their claim, failing which they will not be allowed to select a seat. 4. The fee amount detailed below for different courses should be paid by the candidates when they come for seat selection process in the form of Demand Draft. Demand Draft should be drawn in favour of The Executive Director, Karnataka Examinations Authority, payable at Bangalore. 5. Fee structure for MBA and MCA is Rs. 53,590/- and for M.E., M.Tech, M.Arch courses is Rs. 63,590/- Per Annum. Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribe candidates of Karnataka are exempted from payment of fees. 6. Mere assignment of rank / selection of a seat by a candidate does not confer any right to join the course / college. Seat selection and later admission is purely depend on fulfillment of eligibility criteria prescribed by the Competent Authority / Government / Concerned University / KEA / College. 7. The candidates who have got the requisite percentage of marks in the qualifying examination will only be allowed in the counselling for selection of a seat.
