JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Senior Web Developer


 Conducting analysis of website/application requirements.
 Writing back-end code and building efficient PHP modules.
 Developing back-end portals with an optimized database.
 Troubleshooting & fixing the website/application code related issues.
 Integrating data storage solutions.
 Finalizing back-end features and testing websites/applications.
 Updating and altering website/application features to enhance performance.
 Working with designer, front end developer and marketing teams to manage the development
related tasks.
 Managing the all development related tasks of company.
 Management of all servers of the company.
 Taking weekly, biweekly or monthly backups of our websites/applications and making sure to
save them at secure place.
 Website and software application designing, building, or maintaining.
 Conferring with teams to resolve conflicts, prioritize needs, develop content criteria, or choose
solutions.
 Any other web development related tasks.
 Work with mobile app development team to manage the tasks.
 Will report to CEO Mr Naval Kumar Vohra.

Digital Marketing Manager


 Design and oversee all aspects of our marketing department including our marketing database,
email, and display advertising campaigns.
 Develop and monitor campaign budgets.
 Plan and manage all social media platforms (Insta, FB, YouTube, TikTok, Snapchat and others)
 Prepare accurate reports on our marketing campaign’s overall performance.
 Identify the latest trends and technologies affecting our industry.
 Evaluate important metrics that affect our website traffic, service quotas, and target audience.
 Oversee and manage all contests, giveaways, and other digital projects
 Develop strategies that drive customers to the website
 Create paid campaigns on social media platforms
 Maintain consistent brand messaging throughout all platforms
 Creating email marketing strategy to get maximum results from our email lists.
 Use advanced metrics to measure the success of a marketing campaign
 Keep up to date on the latest social media trends
 Conducting market research on rival products.
 Creating and presenting sales performance reports
 Conduct market research and analysis to evaluate trends, brand awareness, and competition
ventures
 Coordinate with the design, development and content team to manage the tasks.
 Plan and Manage SEO projects and coordinate with the SEO team to monitor the work and
results.
 Coordinate with web development team to manage the company’s websites/applications.
 Manage all hosting servers for the company and will take monthly or biweekly backups in local
directories.
 Plan new websites structure and guide the content, design and development team according to
company’s requirement.
 Manage content writing team, assign tasks and getting back the completed tasks on time.
 Making sure the update website’s content regularly and monitor the website on daily basis. In
case of any issues coordinate with developers team to fix the issue promptly.

Senior SEO Specialist

 Performing organic keyword research.


 On-page / off-page SEO editing and optimization
 Preparing detailed strategy plans and reports
 Improve and drive organic traffic to valuable landing pages and deliver an excellent experience
for site users.
 Developing link building strategies
 Proficient in optimizing Google business listing.
 Analyzing keywords and SEO techniques used by competitors
 Keeping updated on both white hat and black hat SEO strategies to avoid staying within search
engine guidelines
 Optimizing content regularly on the website.
 Improving website performance.
 Staying up to date with the latest Google Algorithm changes.
