2- Quotation:

The machine will be installed on consignment basis at your esteemed

laboratory.
The test will be granted at 1.08 $ (including lease, cleaner and diluent)
provided that your consumption exceeds 750 tests/month.
In addition to the above, FASTMED will be glad to offer you 50%
discount on the test price. Therefore, the test will be considered at 0.54$
(including lease, cleaner and diluent).

The machine remains FASTMED’s property, therefore you will be

responsible of its safety handling and good storage.
The analyzer should be connected to a UPS. If any technical problem
occurs, Only FASTMED will be responsible of fixing it unless the reason
is mishandling or any electricity fluctuation …. Any attempt to fix the
problem by somebody else will lead to the termination of the contract.
