- NS or Organization - NNSH Strategies, LLC and subsidiaries

- ITSS – NS IT Systems and Security Department of NS
- SME – NS Subject Matter Experts for NS client service delivery
- CM&A – NS Client Management and Administration department
- NS Management – The management team consisting of the following NS leadership team:
Chief Executive Officer, Chief Operations Officer, Head of ITSS and Head of CM&A
- LCSM – Lead Client Service Manager, which is assigned for each individual client under
contract with NS for provision of professional services
- PoP – A digital network edge caching server system point of presence, usually set in major
metro areas
- HTS – Harmonized Tariff System, as defined by the World Customs Organization
- ECCN – Export Control Classification Number, as defined under US export regulations
