In terms of team members, we have assigned specific roles to ensure smooth coordination and
execution:
One team member will act as the instructor/facilitator responsible for coordinating and leading
the activities.
The remaining team members will be divided among various tasks such as setup, guiding
participants, and managing materials.
The primary stakeholders in this training session are the grade 7 students. Their engagement
and satisfaction are our priority, and we will ensure the activities cater to their needs.
Lastly, for evaluation and feedback, we have developed a structured approach to assess the
effectiveness of our activities and gather valuable insights. After each activity, we will
encourage participants to provide feedback on their experience. Additionally, we will conduct a
post-presentation evaluation to assess the overall impact of our session.
