Family Floater Basis Just like a shield, a family
floater plan provides a common cover to all the
family members under a single health insurance
policy. Under this plan a single sum insured is
shared amongst all family members.
Individual Sum Insured Basis Unlike a Family
floater where one Sum Insured is shared by all
members, this plan provides individual sum
insured for each member enabling more
coverage for your family in a single policy.

Alternative treatments.

2. No Capping on Room rent or disease wise sub-limit.

3. Pre & post hospitalization expenses covered for 60 & 180 days respectively.

4. Exclusive covers like Air ambulance cover, Recovery benefit, Sum Insured rebound available
based on plan chosen.

5. Exclusive Wellness features like Fitness discount at renewals and additional Health incentives.

6. Opt for long term policy tenures and avail 7.5% /10% discount on 2/3 year policy respectively.

‡On payment of Tier 1 premiums, an Insured Person can avail treatment all over India without any
co- payment.

‡On payment of Tier 2 premium, an Insured Person can avail treatment at Tier 2 cities without any
Co-Payment. However, if an Insured Person avails a treatment in Tier 1 cities, 20% Co-Payment
shall be applicable on admissible claim amount.

‡Co-Payment under Tier 2 above will not be applied If an Insured Person opts for Hospitalization
with Room Rent up to Rs 2,500 per day or on Hospitalization for Medically Necessary treatment
following an Accident.
