LETTER OF AGGREMENT TERMINATION

Dear Sir,
We, ADASDA DEUTSCLAND GMBH, refer to the Agreement : INVESTMENT AND JOINT OPERATION
AGREEMENT between inform ADASDA DEUTSCLAND GMBH and PT. GLOBAL PERKASA, signed on
21th December 2020, Within This Letter, We declare to Terminate our cooperation refer to the Agreement
We, hereby refer to clause Point 8 : DELIVERY DELAYS “ The Operator shall not be held liable for the
damages caused to the Financier, the banks Instrument by delays in Delivery, Unless such delays are
directly attributable to the operator, the banks instrument without justified caused”
Such action in bank instrument cannot fulfilled by PT. GLOBAL PERSADA as attributes directly indicates
that delayed of fund transfer in Bank Account since January 2021 until now so after carefully evaluation and
refers to the aforementioned above we terminate our agreement and officially take effect from the day of
this letter signed.
Considering that we not having any purchased or selling product activity so far, no obligation or right arises
from this agreement and with a good faith both of our party take no claims or no demand nor legal action
whatsoever from any party in the future.
It is my unfortunate duty to send this letter but I hope the best for your business in the future. Should you
