Because of our company has material and produvt at yangon city in Tamwe

township.

Office will be opened in Yangon City . We will be based in Yangon and distributed to other

cities in yangon. The cities to be sold are : Mandalay City , Bago City , Kyauktan city.

There are 4 cities in total .

Advertising – We make vinyls that show the store names in the native language of the

Merchant . However , the vinyl must have colourful and logo at Public Relation .

Promotion – buy 1 package , get 1 T-shirt and buy 5 package get 1 Umbrella .
(5 ) People

Dresss - All office workers are provided with white shirts and blue pants

(or) Skirt . Each person will be given 3 sets of office uniforms every six months.

Men Will be given Shoes to wear. And then men should not wear their hair long

and mustache.

Customer Service - At first , to get new customers sales people must on the fifth

to sixth contact with them . Sales people need to have good attitude , good

listening and patience in our business dealings with our customers. Then sales

people must be able to speak clearly . Sales people must know the customer ‘s

needs and wants . Prioritize according to customer demand , arrange to give

souvenirs.( e.g ; Birthday cake , Wedding anniversary presents )

The goods ordered by the merchant must be delivered well.

Managemet – Our office have 3 department of management.

Sales department , Finance & Accounting department and Store department.

The sales department has ten employees , Finance has two and store has

one employe. The sales department has one manager , one assistant manager

, one supervisors and six sales people. The form of our office is democratic .
( 6 ) Process

There are two types of sales : office direct sales and merchant sales. Sells 20

traders and gets 80 % of the sales.

( 7 ) Physical Evidence

is a show room and there is a large office name sign on the front. The

second floor is the office and the top floor is for staff living.

Packaging - Noodles are packaging and medium size with colourful .

One package contains 5 pieces, one box contains 40 package.

Signboard – Our office signboard is 13 feet long and 4 feet wide and is made of

aluminum board at corners. The signboard is illuminated by slide lights.

The office name is written in blue color and background is white color.

Uniform – All office workers are provided with white shirts and blue pants (or)

Skirt . Each person will be given 3 sets of office uniforms every six

months.

Address Card – Make the address card 3 inches long and 2 inches high.

We will create an address card made of high quality thick paper.

 The address card will include the office address , phone number and Gmail

address .

We will be donated annually to the ministries of health and

sport.
