1.Introduction Overview
Human resources (HR) are the division of a business that is charged with finding, screening, recruiting,
and training job applicants. It also administers employee-benefit programs.

HR plays a key role in helping companies deal with a fast-changing business environment and a greater
demand for quality employees in the 21st century. Therefore, human resources are vitally important for
the existence and development of our company. Our company name is Fudo Bakery. So, I would like
to present about Human Capital Development, Rules and Regulation, JD/JS, Recruitment & Selection,
and Payroll.

2. What is Human Capital Development?

Human capital is getting wider attention with increasing globalization and also the
saturation of the job market due to the recent downturn in the various economies of the world.
Developed and developing countries put emphases on a more human capital development towards
accelerating the economic growth by devoting necessary time and efforts. Thus, human capital
development is one of the fundamental solutions to enter the international arena. Human resource
development is the integrated use of training, organization, and career development efforts to improve
individual group, and organizational effectiveness.

This is due to the following reasons:


 It allows companies to develop leaders within the business organization.

 It increases employee satisfaction and retention.

 It increases work productivity.

 It allows management functions to be carried out efficiently and effectively.

3. Rules & Regulations


Employees
 All staff must wear uniforms
 Provide good customer service all the times
 To ensure that bread/ cakes are properly displayed at all times
 Monitor stock levels on the Display and ensure that it is always replenished in time
 To sign in and out of the bakery
 Working duration is 9 AM to 5 PM
 If needed employees must shoot overtime
 Must have strong communication skills and need to maintain good relationships with colleagues
and external contacts

 Check out time is 5 PM
 Do not make noises as loud as disturbed another guess
 Do not allow illegal
 Must have National Registration Card or Pass post

4. Job Description and Job Specification


Job description is a document which states an overview of the duties, responsibilities and
functions of a specific job in an organization. JD including general task, special demands, and goals and
objectives. Job specification is a statement of the qualifications, personality traits, skills, etc. required by
an individual to perform the job. The difference between of JD and JS are following;

Job Description
(1) The duties of the Bakery Production Manager include accurate records; conducting interviews;
these include hiring appropriate bakers and completing orders for special order cakes on time.
(2) Good management and problem-solving skills.
(3) Establish rules to reach new customers and ensure that employees adhere to food health and
safety regulations.
(4) Be responsible for the systematic cleaning of baking utensils, utensils and equipment.
(5) Be able to develop advertising and marketing strategies and create new breads to attract new
customers.
(6) Be able to practice food handling procedures and produce high quality cakes.
(7) Must be able to present the reporting system well orally and in writing.
(8) Be able to manage company confidential information. Must be able to work under pressure.

Job Requirement
(1) Applicant must have at least Food technology; Food Science; Chemistry Must have any
bachelor's degree in science.
(2) At least 5 years of experience in managing the entire baking process will be considered.
(3) Must be between 25 and 55 years old.
(4) Must have experience in the HACCP process.
(5) Must be able to go any place if assigned.

Human Capital Development is essential for rapid, sustainable, and inclusive economic growth
in Myanmar. Human Capital plays an important role in people’s development, improving the life and
income, increasing knowledge, skills, and product capacities, economic growth and reducing poverty.
The important of Human Capital Development in 21st century providing sustained competitive
advantage was shows to be achieved through recognizing and incorporating many different ideas and
perspectives into the management of the HR function. Human resource planning, recruitment and
selection are the first steps in influencing a company’s strategy by maximizing the company’s human
capital investment. So, Human Capital Development is one of the most important for the company.
