Executive Summary

The "Ola's Noodles" offers healthy and various delicious noodles to choose, there is no hassle in

ordering also because it is easy to order. The mission of Ola's Noodles is to provide an

affordable but with quality food products,the vision of Ola's Noodles is to create memories one

bowl at a time.The goal of this business is to expand and improve more. The estimated target

clients of the company's geographic scope is 90. The"Ola's Business" is hiring 3 full employees,

the business will be formed as a sole proprietorship under the Philippines State Laws. There are

various of noodles on the menu and some are originated from other countries like china and

korea. Ola's Noodles on first day has freebies. The company requests a total loan of 50,000

pesos over the course of 5 months to be used for renting, materials to be used, ingredients and

payment for workers. The price per serving of any medium noodle dish is 30 pesos, any large

dish is 50 pesos, and any extra large dish is 100.The long-term debt payment is a key feature of

the company's financial plan.


Company Description

The Business name is "Ola's Noodles", it offers healthy and delicious noodles to choose, all the

ingredients are prepared and ready to cook, the noodles were originated from different

countries and the noodles are served fresh and hot to the customers immediately, the way we

prepare the noodles is different from the usual way on how it is prepared here in the

Philippines, and we serve noodles on the spot while the customers observe and wait for the

food they have ordered to be serve, we dont use preservatives but we use fresh ingredients in

making it with affordable prices of noodles and it will be enjoyed by many including kids. "Ola's

Noodles" will make the customers feel comfortable while eating the noodles, "Ola's Noodles"

also have the noodles that is eated in k-dramas like Jajangmyeon with a reasonable price. The

business is open starting from 9 am to 9pm. The delivery service would only cost 5 peso if

outside of the poblacion.

"Ola's noodles" will employ 3 employees, 1 is the cook, 1 is for the maker of noodles and 1 is

the deliverer.

Services and products

The company's primary product will be noodles, outdoor or indoor meal, it includes meats, fish

and vegetables that is good for your body. There will be a menu to be distributed to the

customers and they will only put a check to the noodle that they have chosen.

The company's products are noodles like, chicken noodle soup, Quick beef pho,parmesan

chicken noodle soup, shiritaki noodles, korean beef noodles, kimchi and bacon ramen,

Jajangmyeon, and chicken soba noodle soup, we also have a classic beef noodle soup that is

commonly eated by many. The bowls will also come with sizes, medium, large, and extra large.

In the opening of the business the first 3 customers will have 2 free takeout noodles and 3 free

dine in noodles.

The Ola's Noodles will advertise and promote through social media from the real comments of

the customers

On the second day, the customer that will finish 2 medium noodle dish will not pay and can

takeout 3 free medium noodle dish also.

Many teenagers and adults love seeing mukbangs of noodles and they would also crave for that

noodle if they see that the mukbanger is enjoying it.

Many people nowadays are watching kdramas and the top list of food in kdramas is

Jajangmyeon.

We have a cold weather and some people want to eat warm foods.

Some people don't have time to cook for their meals.

Threat:

Some people do not know these types of noodle dishes.

And many of them haven't tried it.

Competitors in the same barangay.

The level of competition is highly competitve and populated industry.

The primary competitors for the business is Brendon's RM and Caseres Eatery.

However, we believe that the Ola's Noodles has the following competitive advantages:

Have different types of noodles.

New to the taste of many people.

Have delivery service and promotions on social media.


Funding Requirements

The company requests a total loan of 50,000 pesos over the course of 5 months to be used for

the following purposes:

The fund will be use for paying the rent, for paying the workers, for buying the ingredients, and

all the other materials.

The long-term debt payment is a key feature of the company's financial plan.

I expect to break even within 4 months time period following the introduction of my product.

Financial predictions suggest a minimum 50% return on investment by the conclusion of the

financing period.
