(1) Product (Bakery)

Brand Name - Fudo Bakery

Packaging - Cakes are packaging and medium size with colorful. One package contains
4 pieces, one box contains 40 packages.

Flavor - pandan cream, butter cream, banana cream, strawberry cream, chocolate
cream
Design - colorful decoration

Quality - Unique taste, delivers extreme refreshment, soft and smooth

(2) Price – 1 package - (5200) KS

Discounts – Many interesting discounts for public holidays

Promotion – buy 5 breads and get 1 free gift voucher, cheese cake and get a 3,000kyats gift
voucher, buy 2 Cakes with total 2,200kyats (the original price- 1,300 kyats for 1 piece)

Our bakery is one of the perfect places to celebrate birthday party, family party or group
party since their decoration is adorable and different with other shops. The decoration of our
bakery is amazing and fantastic, provided roomy accommodation with hygienically, various kinds
of products with quality control and original flavors so that they feel surely like to those who like
tasty bakery products. Also, it is a very nice place to relax while shopping with family or friends. Our
bakery retail outlets are mostly near the public transport systems like bus terminals. We are based
in Mandalay and distributed to other cities. The cities to be sold are Mandalay, Yangon and Pyin Oo
Lwin.

(4) Promotion

Our bakery uses a main media of advertising. Facebook page, Instagram of Fudo bakery
creates and encourages customers to follow. Our products, promotions and campaigns promote
through these channels in order to reach out the mass target markets. Fudo Bakery’s promotes
for Christmas, make a wish to Santa contest, Holiday Snap Contest and winners are given gift card
and coupons. And then by playing puzzle gives coupons and gift and our bakery has many
interesting discounts. It gives buy 5 breads and get 1 free gift voucher, cheese cake and get a
3,000kyats gift voucher, buy 2 Chocolate Cakes with total 2,200kyats (the original price- 1,300
kyats for 1 piece)

(5) People

Dress - All staffs are provided with red shirts and black pants (or) skirt . Our
company will be given 3 sets of office uniforms and shoes for each person every six months. And
then men mustn’t have long hair, mustache and girls mustn’t be messy their hair and they always
need to tide up their hair.

Customer Service - At first, the sales person must know about their products and can
explain very well about it. And then they need to communicate clearly with customer. Build a
relationship. Take the time to be professional and personable with customers. Listen to
customers. Active listening is a skill like any other, and all staffs need to practice it. All staffs must
be able to solve for the customers’ needs and wants. And they must be used positive language.

deliveries, lead times based on bakery’s needs, specifications)

(6) Process

There are two types of sales: office direct sales and merchant sales. Sells 20 traders and gets 80 %
of the sales.

Fudo Bakery Logo is green leaf on the yellow background to showcase the purity of its
products and that they are made of real, organic ingredients. The ambience of the bakery is warm
and comfortable.
Packaging- Cakes are packaging and medium size with colorful. One package contains 4

Address Card –It has soft and curvy shapes with warm colors that provide a friendly,
handmade feeling with baked goods in the background.
The address card will include the office address, phone number, Gmail Address and Facebook
page.

We will be donated annually to the staffs’ families and will be supported that their needs.
And we will be donated to the MOHS.
