After completion of ering of bore holes up to fhe desied depth, the ‘bore ole was thoroughly fished and washed by lean water. At that ime care should be taken to ensure the stability of sides of boreholes. + Then bore hole was measured by increasing the probe of bell sounder with wire and! ‘measuring tape, When the bell sounder touched the water level, it was gave a ‘Plop' sound ‘and measured the water level by measuring tape attached with it During ering of bore hole ground water able was investigated and was feund as below. ‘Table 1. The slip surface is considered as circular (Bishop, Fellenis / Petterson, Janbu, Morgenstem- Price or Spencer methods) or Polygonal 6.1 GEOS Software: + In analysis, choose the ital sip surface using the coordinates of the center (x,y) and is ‘radius by clicking on the interface to enter three points through which the sip surface passes ‘+ In cohesive sols rotational tp surfaces occur most often. These are modeled using circular ‘lip surfaces. This surface is used to find the erica areas ofan analyzed slope.
