At the end of the lesson, the students must able to:
a. Review the deductive and inductive methods of teaching;
b. Conduct an observation on the practice of such methods; and
c. Reflect on the impacts of using the deductive and inductive teaching
methods to the teaching-learning process.

A. Activity or Exploration
The teacher shows a picture to the student, and the students identify what
the picture all about. The title of the activity is GUESS THE PICTURE.

B. Analysis or Processing:
Based on the activity, the teacher will ask the following questions:
What did you observe to the picture?
What have you learn to on the activity?

C. Abstraction or Deepening:

What is deductive method?


What is inductive method?

D. Application or Transferring:
Instructions: In a ¼ sheet piece of paper, write at least 1-2 sentences
about the importance of using deductive and inductive teaching methods
to the teaching learning-process. You have 5 minutes to do the activity.
V. Assessment
At the end of the class, the teacher give a short multiple-choice short quiz
to assess their comprehension.

VI. Assignment
With the knowledge of today’s lesson, the students will be able to compare
and contrast between deductive and inductive methods of teaching that will
be pass next meeting.
