I am JOHNSON M. FERNANDEZ full time instructor in the College of International

Tourism and Hospitality Management. I want to inform you that I am working in your
institution since May 27, 2019. Therefore, my contract will end on May 20, 2023 of
second semester.

This letter is intended for the renewal of my contract for the upcoming A.Y 2023-2024.

I am willing to show or contribute for what I have learn in my job. I will surely add and
