Present Simple:

to be= a fi (tu bi)

I am=Eu sunt
You are=Tu esti
He is=El este
She is=Ea este

We are=Noi suntem
You are=Voi sunteti
They are=Ei/Ele sunt

Negativ: I am not/She is not

Interogativ: Am I?/ Are you?/ Is he?/ Is she?/ Is it?/ Are we?/ Are you?/ Are they? (!!!Nu se
folosește verb auxiliar, ci se schimba ordinea in propozitie intre verb si subiect-inversam
topica!)

Negativ: I don’t have/ He doesn’t have

to do=a face (tu du) !Este folosit si ca verb auxiliar pentru formarea modurilor si timpurilor
verbale-forma de negativ si interogativ!
