Preamble: This office has issued a circular for adopting the procedures for
arranging power supply under Sub- Meter applications including EV Charging
stations vide letter cited under reference (1). Further KERC has issued an
amendment for arranging Power supply on LT basis up to 150 KVA vide Notification
Number KERC/ CoS / tech/ DDD I 05 I 20-21 I 97 6, Bengaluru, dated I | .I2.2O2O

Further , DGM(SG&EV) has requested this office to issue Amendments to the

circular vide under ref(1) with respect to provision made under 9th Amendment of
CoS and 11th Amendment of RoE

Hence the following amendment.
