Subject: irregularity activities taking place in

Shantinagar Cooperative Society contrary to
Society Bye-laws and rules from a Stranger
(non-member)

Sir,

This is to bring to your attention certain irregularity taking place

in Shanti Nagar Co-Operative Housing Society which is
registered with your office.

We the undersigned are members of Shantinagar Co-Operative

Housing Society, Dharwad located at above mentioned Society.

Plot No. 39/IB/HYB/41 of the said society originally was owned

by Sri Suresh Halappanavar who was the member of
Shantinagar Society. In the year 2014 Sri Steven Halappanavar
who is the Son of Original Owner (member) Sri Suresh
Halappanavar name sold plot No 39/IB/HYB/41 to Sri.
Mahaveer Champalal Munoot who is having business of trading
in Curtain, Carpet and other materials at various showrooms at
different locations in Dharwad city.

Sri. M.C Munoot has preferred not to obtain membership of

Shantinagar society till date inspite of verbal request to this
effect, and has started construction of multi-story building in the
said plot in apparent violation of his approved building plan
which needs to be stopped immediately. The construction
appears to be being built to suit his commercial requirements
which goes against the residential society requirements.

We therefore request you to kindly take appropriate measure in

order to see that Sri. Munoot complies with Shantinagar society
bye-laws especially while constructing the building.

We request your prompt and urgent action in this regard.
