 EVALUTION OF PROJECT WORK:

Project work starts from: 11.01.2023 to 14.04.2023.

(1) Registration of project work. A Candidate is permitted to undergo for the project work if
and only if he/she produce the project confirmation from the reputed company else
he/she will not be permitted to do the project outside the college campus.
(2) Attendance is mandatory for all the reviews.
(3) Communication regarding project should be done through Online forum provided by the
department.
(4) Every Candidate shall work on project approved by the Project Coordinator and Head of
the Department.
(5) The duration of the project is for 4-Months.
(6) Students should submit 4-copies to the Head of the Department concerned on or before
the specified date.
 One copy to the University.
 One copy to the Department.
 One copy to the Guide.
 One copy to a student concerned.
(7) The Viva-Voce Examination & evaluation of Project Report shall be adjudicated by one
External Examiner assigned by the University and one internal examiner represented by
the Department / Guide.
(8) If the candidate fails to get a satisfactory report in the Viva-Voce examination, he/she
will not be eligible for the award of the degree, unless the candidate is asked to revise
and resubmit.

2. 10 Minutes for Power Point presentation.
3. 5 Min for Question/Answer session.
4. Audience: Head of the department, Guides, and I MCA students
5. Presentation evaluation committee (3 members) would evaluate for 10-marks.
PPT should include the following minimum content:
1. Title of the project.
2. Introduction to Project.
3. Aim or Problem statement.
4. Existing System.
5. Proposed System.
6. Software Requirements.
7. Hardware Requirements.

3. Second Review on: 10.02.2023

Second Review should contain the following:
1. Presentation would be the duration of 15 minutes. 
2. 10 Minutes for Power Point presentation.
3. 5 Min for Question/Answer session.
4. Audience: Head of the department, Guides, and I MCA students.

1. Bounded Hardcopy: 4 Copies.
2. Full Document and Softcopy of Project .exe format in CD / DVD.

Note:

1. Students are instructed to meet their respective guide at least one day before the forth-coming review
for necessary corrections & updating information.
2. Any changes or information regarding the project and review will be intimated through the Online
mode (Class WhatsApp Group – only).
3. Students are instructed to join in the group (if not).
4. If any changes in their WhatsApp No. / E-Mail id, the same should be reported to the Department.
5. Students are instructed to provide the correct phone numbers (both student number and parent
number) with regard to placement.
6. All the Eligible Students must attend all the Placement Drives conducted in On Campus / Off
Campus, failing which he / she will not be allowed to continue their Project work.
