I. List down nyo dito yung iba’t ibang type ng users ( Table Form )

Example Below

TYPE OF USER

Administrator (A) Access all, account controls (approve etc.), generation

report, delete/disable paper, data visualization
Researcher (R) Login, Upload, accept request for full-text download, reply,
receive notifications, edit profile and edit information of
uploaded research paper.

(Sila lang ang pwede mag upload ng research papers)

Guest (G) Login and register, Request full-text download, rate,
comment, save to reading list

All User (ALL) View and search research paper in the system

Legend: (A) Admin

(R) Researcher
(G) Guest
(ALL) all user (Researcher and Guest)

II. Gumawa kayo ng Table at I-list down ninyo yung mga POSSIBLE TABS na
meron yung isang specific User. Again “Possible Tabs” just to give me some
idea on how your implementation goes on.

Auth Dito nakalist down yung record ng System User, and pwede dito
Management ma manage ni admin via User (CRUD)

User: Researcher, Guest

Pwede mag add ng new user si admin.

Research Dito nakalist down yung mga research paper na na upload (Title,
Paper Author, Category, Date etc.)

Pwedeng mag search si admin ng title, keyword or category etc.

Pwede din mag filter pag nag search (example: year, category)
Data Word cloud Visualization (generates title of research paper
Visualization depends on the word na i-search).

ADD:

● Login

Researcher - Login (Admin will create an account and send email to researcher to
change pass / activate account)
Guest - Can register (basic authentication)

● Events, Reports, and Announcement - Admin can add announcement (private or

public)

● Word Cloud Visualization - keywords (most searched keywords appears bigger), can
be clickable (suggested by sir dev)

● Archiving - Academic Year (Admin can revert page to specific year)

● Academic Year - Dungag details sa research paper para dali ra ang archiving
● Notification/SMS/Email - if ma approved/disapproved ang research paper
● Reply to comments (unli)

Naka list down ang popular research paper, latest uploaded paper at
Dashboard
browse all research paper.

May search bar at user name sa taas.

Profile Details of the user (pwede mag edit ng info)

Reading List Dito naka list ang mga research paper na in-add ni user sa kanyang
reading list.

ADD:

● Request Research - if no results found, guest can request for a research title
(requesting form)
● Feedback
Rating (star)
Comments (unli)
Favorite (reading list)
Request full-text download (request to download full pdf of research)
● Email Notification - email guest if account is deactivated + state reason (ex. foul
comments etc.)
III. If meron na kayong naisip na mga column sa iisang Table entity Ninyo.
Pwede kayo mag provide ng “ Possible columns” (Optional)

Admin:
● Disable Research Paper: pwede ma disable ng admin ang research paper
kapag hindi complete at approved ng adviser and research paper na
in-upload. **hindi mag sho-show up sa list.

Researcher:
● Needed information pag nag upload: Title, Authors Name, Co-author,
Date, Category, Keywords, Adviser, and Abstract. + PDF File ng
Research paper.
● Reply: researcher can only reply ONCE sa comment ng Guest
● Notification: ang ma re-receive lamang na notification ay sa comments,
rating and request full-text download galing sa guest.

Research Category: (Social Research, Life Science, Physical Science

and Robotics)

Guest:
● Comment: guests can only comment ONCE.
● Request full-text download: may button na pwede mag request ang
guest na i-download ang pdf. Notifications will be sent to the
researcher/author.
